FAQs

How do I check my minute balance?
In order to check your account balance you can dial 1-866-843-9047 from any phone or in some cases you can dial *611, 611, #611 or #746 from your wireless phone.

What are access days?
Access days are the number of days you have to use the minutes that were purchased. When you run out of access days your service will be suspended until another card is purchased and loaded. If a card is loaded within the grace day period (currently 30 days) after being suspended, any existing minutes will carryover!

Why would a phone suddenly stop working?
The most common reason is the phone is out of access days or Anytime Minutes. When this happens we suspend service on the account until another product is loaded.

Why would a phone be disconnected?
If your service is suspended and you do not purchase another card within the grace day period the service will be disconnected. If your phone is disconnected, the phone number and Anytime Minutes will be lost. You can visit any EZLink2GO retailer to be reactivated.

Am I able to roam outside my home calling area?
Yes, on network roaming is included with the EZlink2GO package. You can roam in any area that offers coverage. Any certified EZlink2GO retailer should be able to provide a map with more details to best meet your needs. Roaming is charged at the same rate as a local call. Off network roaming is generally not available, but if it is available you will be charged three Anytime Minutes for each minute of use.

Is there a charge to call long distance?
No, long distance is an added bonus feature that is included in the EZlink2GO package. For no extra charge you can dial domestic long distance nationwide for the same cost as a local call.

Is there a charge for text messaging?
Yes. One Anytime Minute is deducted for every text message sent and received.

What if I have questions about my minute usage?
We can fax your call records to an EZlink2GO retailer. Your call record report will show how every minute was used. If you have any questions about your call record report, you can call customer service at 1-866-843-9044 and we will be glad to go over it with you.

How do I load minutes onto my phone?
To load minutes onto your phone please:
1. Purchase a EZlink2GO card from your retailer.
2. Dial: 1-866-843-9046 from any phone.
3. Wait for the greeting and select “1” for English and “2” for Spanish.
4. Enter your 10-digit wireless phone number.
5. When prompted, scratch off and enter the PIN number followed by the # sign. You will receive a confirmation that minutes have been loaded onto your phone.
