Free Caller ID
As an EZlink2GO customer, you will always know who is calling you. And taking only the calls you want can save significant airtime.

Free Voicemail
Voicemail is a free service of EZlink2GO. To set up your voicemail account or retrieve messages, follow these simple steps.

For CDMA phones
1. Press and hold envelope key until you see…”Connecting to Voicemail”. You will receive a prompt: “Welcome to Voicemail. Since this is the first time you have used this service, please take a minute to set up your mailbox. This will be quick and easy.”
2. Create a password using four to ten digits.
3. Follow the prompts to record a name announcement.
4. Follow the prompts to record your personal greeting or select the standard greeting.
5. Turn One-Touch Access “ON” or “OFF.”
6. Before leaving mailbox set up menu, the Voicemail system will remind you of your new password.

For GSM phones
To set up your voicemail for the first time you must dial your wireless phone number from your wireless phone and simply follow the prompts. (Weekday calling charges apply.)

Call Waiting/3-Way Calling
Refer to your phone owner’s manual for the proper operation of these functions.

If you do not answer the second call within a few seconds of being notified, the call will be sent to voicemail (if voicemail is set up).

While on the line with two parties at the same time, airtime charges apply for each of the calls.

Carryover Minutes
You carryover your airtime when you run out of access days. Simply purchase more access days before your phone is disconnected and you will be able to continue using your remaining minutes. If you allow your access days and grace days to expire, the phone will be disconnected and your remaining minutes will be lost.

Roaming
On network roaming is available and is charged at a rate of one Anytime Minute per each minute of use. Off network roaming is generally not available. When available, users will be charged at a rate of three Anytime Minutes per one minute of use. Roaming on TDMA phones is available only by using a credit card.

Domestic Long Distance
Domestic long distance is included and is charged at a rate of one Anytime Minute per each minute of use.

Domestic long distance areas include all 50 US States, Puerto Rico, Guam, Saipan and the US Virgin Islands.
