Service Guidelines

You must purchase an EZlink2GO card every 30 days to maintain your wireless phone number. If you do not, the following will occur:

On day 31 your phone will be suspended.

After the grace period (currently 30 days), your phone number will be disconnected and all remaining minutes will be forfeited.

After your phone number has been disconnected you will not be able to get it back.

If you purchase another EZlink2GO card within the grace period your remaining minutes will be restored to you.

DBS reserves the right to suspend service based on your average daily usage if the call records are delayed. Rates and terms are subject to change without notice or price adjustment.
