Terms and Conditions
EZlink2GO is a prepaid wireless product that offers
a high value of Anytime Minutes and the ultimate
choice in wireless options. Here is how it works:
Upon
activation of service, you agree to the following
EZlink2GO Terms and Conditions. Refer to the coverage
map available from your retailer to determine your
coverage area. You must maintain a required minimum
balance of both Anytime Minutes (currently ten
minutes) and access days to maintain your active service (including
any International Long Distance feature), otherwise
service will be suspended. Calls that reduce or
are likely to reduce the available Anytime Minutes
below the minimum balance are subject to interruption
and your service will be suspended. If you purchase
and load another EZlink2GO product during your “grace
day” period (currently 30 days), service
will resume with no extra fees. If an account is
reloaded with an EZlink2GO product during the
applicable “grace
day” period (before the account is disconnected),
any unused Anytime Minutes will carryover. Any carryover
minutes that are not used within 20 days
will be forfeited. Your service will be disconnected
if you do not load another product during the “grace
day” period and any airtime balances, including
any carryover minutes, access days, and your phone
number will be forfeited upon disconnection. Your
account shall be deducted one Anytime Minute for each text
message sent or received. For each Operator Assistance
(dialing “0”) call, your account will
be deducted 100 Anytime Minutes for each minute of use.
For each Information/Directory Assistance (411)
call, your account shall be deducted 16 Anytime
Minutes plus the minutes used. International long
distance on domestic EZlink2GO products is restricted
and if an international call is placed, your account
shall be deducted 40 Anytime Minutes for each
minute used. For calls to Canada, your account
shall be deducted nine Anytime Minutes for each
minute used. For calls to the Caribbean, your account
shall be deducted 25 Anytime Minutes for each minute
used. For call forwarding your account will be
deducted three Anytime Minutes for each minute
used. Your account shall be deducted for all
active calls when using the 3-way, call waiting,
or other features. Calls to 911 Emergency are without
charge. Airtime charges are rounded up to the next
full minute. You are responsible for any taxes
or surcharges. Calls to certain telephone numbers
or regions may be restricted. Caller ID, text messaging
and other features may not be available on your
handset or in your calling area. Your service and
account balance may be cancelled for reasons of
illegal activities such as fraud or theft of services,
or for abuse of the service (including excessively
long or unattended calls, calling destinations
not explicitly allowed by the EZlink2GO card or
using equipment that may interfere with DBS’s
network or service to customers) or for utilizing
the service for other than for its intended purpose.
If your phone is lost or stolen, please visit the
nearest retail location to have your phone suspended
temporarily.
The coverage maps are an approximation of coverage.
Actual wireless coverage may not be available in
all areas within the coverage map. Your wireless
services may be affected by network outages and
weak signal conditions, and will not be available
in all locations or at all times. You cannot place
calls to 500, 700, 900 or 976 numbers. DBS Communications,
Inc. (DBS) is not responsible for lost or stolen
cards, or unauthorized use of services described
on the card, or for any interruption of telecommunications
services. DBS shall not provide any credit for
dropped or interrupted calls. DBS shall not be
liable for any claims relating to any products
or services provided by DBS. DBS reserves the right
to suspend your service based upon average daily
usage without notice. DBS may use any carrier to
provide services and may change any of its service
providers without notice. The value indicated on
this card is not refundable or transferable except
as provided herein. Service rates, minute denominations,
surcharges and other terms are subject to
change without notice at the sole discretion of
DBS. Other restrictions may apply. DBS may refuse,
suspend or cancel service with or without notice
at any time for any reason, including without limitation,
if DBS in its sole discretion believes you have
violated these Terms and Conditions or DBS policy,
or cannot pay any charges for service.
We may contact you on your EZlink2GO wireless phone
to notify you when your
balance is low and to inform you of new product
and promotional offers.EZlink2GO is provided only
by DBS and its authorized retailers. For customer
