Free Caller ID
As an EZlinkPlus customer, you will always
know who is calling you. And taking only the calls
you want can save significant airtime.
Free Voicemail
To set up your voicemail for the first time you
must dial your wireless phone number from your
wireless phone and simply follow the prompts.
(Weekday calling charges apply.)
Free Call Waiting
1. During a call when you hear the short tone,
press the SEND or TALK key to put your original
caller on hold and to answer the second call.
2. Press the SEND or TALK key again to return to
your first call and to switch between the two calls
as often as you like.
3. If you don’t answer the incoming call
within a few seconds, three beeps will indicate
the caller is no longer on the line.
4. While on the line with two parties at the same
time, airtime charges apply for each of the calls
plus an additional charge of one Anytime Minute
per call.
5. If you choose not to answer the second call,
it will go directly to your voicemail (if it has
been set up).
Free 3-Way Calling
EZlinkPlus includes free 3-way calling. While on
the line with two parties at the same time, airtime
charges apply for each of the calls plus an additional
charge of one Anytime Minute per call.
International Long Distance
Generally, international long distance is not available.
Calls made to areas other than those included
with domestic long distance will be charged at
the rate of 40 Anytime Minutes per each minute
of use plus a charge of one Anytime Minute per
call. Calls made to Canada will be charged
at the rate of nine Anytime Minutes per each
minute of use plus a charge of one Anytime Minute
per call. Calls made to the Caribbean will
be charged at a rate of 40 Anytime Minutes for
each minute of use plus an additional charge
of one Anytime Minute per call.
411 Directory Assistance
411 directory assistance is available and is charged
a fixed rate of 20 Anytime Minutes plus one Anytime
Minute for each minute of use plus an additional
charge of one Anytime Minute per call to offset
the cost
of minutes used but not paid for. Note: If
operator assistance is used (by dialing “0”),
each call is charged at a rate of 100 Anytime
Minutes for each minute of use plus an additional
charge of one Anytime Minute per call to offset
the cost
of minutes used but not paid for.
Carryover Minutes
You carry over your airtime when you run out of access
days. Simply purchase a new card before your
phone is disconnected and you will be able to
continue using your remaining minutes. If you
allow your access days and grace days to expire,
the phone will be disconnected and your remaining
minutes will be lost.
Roaming
On network roaming is available and is charged
at a rate of one Anytime Minute per each minute
of use plus an additional charge of one Anytime
Minute per call. Unlimited nights and weekends do not apply. Off network
roaming is generally not available. When available,
users will be charged at a rate of three Anytime
Minutes per one minute of use plus an additional
charge of one Anytime Minute per call. Roaming
on TDMA phones is available only by using a credit
card.
