Service Guidelines
You must purchase an EZlinkPlus
card every 15 or 30 days (depending on which
card you choose) to maintain your wireless phone
number. If you do not, the following will occur:
On day 16 or 31 (depending on which card
you choose) your phone will be suspended.
After the grace period (currently ten days),
your phone number will be disconnected and all
remaining minutes will be forfeited.
If you purchase another EZlinkPlus card within
the grace period your remaining
minutes will be restored to you.
DBS reserves the
right to suspend service based on your average
daily usage if the call records are delayed. Rates
and terms are subject to change without notice
or price adjustment.
