How do I check my minute balance?
In order to check your account balance you
can dial *611, #611, or 611 from your wireless
phone or you can dial 1-866-843-9047 from any phone.
This balance is an estimate and may not be current.
What are access days?
Access days are the number of days you have to
use the minutes that were purchased. When you
run out of access days, your service will be
suspended until another card is purchased and
loaded. If a card is loaded within the grace
day period (currently 30 days) after being suspended
any existing minutes will Carryover!
Why would a phone suddenly stop working?
The most common reason is the phone is out of access
days or Anytime Minutes have dropped below the
required minimum balance of ten minutes. When
this happens we suspend service on the account
until another product is loaded.
How do Carryover minutes work?
As long as you maintain your EZlinkV.I.P. service,
any minutes remaining after your access days
expire will be added to the next product load. Minutes not used within 120 days of a product load will expire.
If you change products or your service is disconnected,
your minutes will be forfeited and lost.
Why would a phone be disconnected?
If your service is suspended and you do not purchase
another card within the grace day period, your
service will be disconnected. If your phone is
disconnected, the phone number and Anytime Minutes
will be lost. You can visit any EZlinkV.I.P.
retailer to have your account reactivated.
What if I have questions about my minute usage?
We can fax your call records to your EZlinkV.I.P.

every minute is used. If you have any questions
about your call record report, please contact
customer service at 1-866-843-9044 for assistance.
