Service Guidelines
In order to maintain your wireless
phone number, you must purchase an EZlinkV.I.P.
card every 15 or 30 days, depending on which phone
product you load.
If you do not purchase a card within the required
time period, the following will occur:
After the grace period (currently 30 days), depending
on the product, your phone number will be disconnected
and all remaining minutes will be forfeited. On
day 16 or day 31, your phone will be suspended.
After your phone number has been disconnected,
you will not be able to get it back.
If you purchase another EZlinkV.I.P. card within
the grace period, your remaining minutes will be
restored to you.
DBS reserves the right to suspend service based
on your average daily usage if the call records
are delayed. Rates and terms are subject to change
without notice or price adjustment.
DBS Communications, Inc. (DBS) is not responsible
for lost or stolen cards or phones, or for any
interruption or failure of telecommunications services,
or for any other liability in connection with the
use of services or products provided by DBS. Other
